9.1       Without prejudice to DCC Advanz’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, DCC Advanz may take such as action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the Website, prohibiting you from accessing the Website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the Website and/or bringing legal proceedings.

 

10.       UNENFORCEABLE PROVISIONS

 

10.1     Provision(s) of the Website terms and conditions that are found to be unenforceable under applicable law shall not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of the Website terms and conditions.

16.       GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

 

16.1     These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the High Court of Malaya.
