Background
Jern is the Founder Consultant of DCC Advanz. Jern founded the company in the year 2000, and led the company as its CEO until his retirement as CEO in July 2021, and his transition into his present role. With a career spanning over two decades, his work experience encompasses all aspects of Intellectual Property practice; from registration to litigation, and advisory to consultation. Prior to establishing the company, Jern was a practicing lawyer at a law firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Jern is a Registered Patent, Trade Mark, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications Agent of Malaysia.
